Delivery is free for all domestic UK and Northern Ireland customers with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Products will arrive at their destination within 5-7 working days of the date upon which they are sent out. Domestic delivery and packing fees are always included in our delivery fees.
EU AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If you are located in the EU, US or internationally, our delivery charge is a flat rate of £8 per order. We courier for all EU and international purchases using Interparcel.
For all orders outside the EU, customers are liable for any import duties and local and/or federal taxes in your country.
Orders received by 2pm GMT Mon-Fri will usually be sent on the same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be sent the following Monday.
We hope you enjoy your VIL Wellness products. If for any reason you wish to return your unused product(s), please do so within 28 days alongside your original receipt so that we can process a refund for you. Returned items must reach us in their original condition, including inner and outer packaging (if applicable).
We cannot exchange products, and we also cannot refund or replace any used items unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds do not include delivery and packaging fees incurred by the individual returning your goods to us, and you are responsible for ensuring that your returned order reaches us. Therefore, we recommend tracking and insuring your package prior to returning your delivery. Only products purchased through our vilwellness.com online store may be returned; we do not handle returns from third party retailers of any Vitamin injections London product. If your returned order does not reach us within the allotted 28-day window, we cannot issue a refund but we can send your delivery back to you for an additional P&P fee.

Product damage, defects and order shortfalls must be brought to our attention within 72 hoursof receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel that your items have been damaged or tampered with. In order to expedite the process, send an image, video or other tangible proof of the damaged product(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
